Diets have always been seen as a powerful method of achieving or maintaining health.
A quick internet search will reveal thousands of specialized diets to help with everything from weight to fertility. Many of my patients have told me that they had tried many different diets to improve their health problems before coming to me.
Here is what I’ve learned in almost 30 years of observing hundreds of different diets:
- Except in some very rare instances, changing your diet is unlikely to cure or stably improve most health problems once these problems are established.
- Eating correctly can prevent some health problems from occurring and may slow the progression of others.
- Eating to reduce stress on your body, especially your immune system, is essential to do ALONG WITH an effective, targeted treatment program.
My advice:
Get an accurate evaluation of your health problems from a competent professional before embarking on a series of diets to try and cure yourself. You may save a lot of time and frustration.

Diet and Weight
Here’s important information about weight loss diets:
1: FALSE: Eating fewer calories always causes weight loss.
2: TRUE: Eating a low-calorie diet can cause or worsen many health problems.
3: FALSE: Fasting is a healthy activity for anyone.
4: TRUE: Many people can’t lose weight because of various health problems that have little to nothing to do with calories.
5: TRUE: Many people will lose weight once they improve their health, either with or without a weight-loss diet.
In my experience, many patients will start losing weight as soon as their health condition that is preventing weight loss improves. They are often amazed by this, as no amount of exercise or starvation dieting had worked before, and now they are “effortlessly” (without starvation diets and exhausting exercise) losing weight.
The Evectics Diet Program
Many of our patients have eaten their way into their current health problems. Unless we help resolve stressful habits around food and lifestyle, healing can be slow and unstable.
Evectics contains specific food solutions that are minimally stressful and very effective. It’s unnecessary to have an “extreme” diet such as vegan, paleo, keto, etc. We work with your existing food preferences and only “tweak” the areas required to get good, rapid, and stable results on your health improvement program.
Here are some examples of an Evectics diet program:
- Reduce sugar (cake, cookies, candy, ice cream, soda, alcohol).
- Eat fruit correctly to prevent it from raising your blood sugar excessively.
- Stop eating milk (but not necessarily cheese, yogurt, and butter).
- Stop eating junk and fast foods.
- Eat regularly and don’t skip meals.
- Eat protein with all meals and snacks.
- Don’t eat too many refined carbohydrates (grains, bread, potatoes, etc.)
We have stress-free ways of helping our patients with these recommendations, including specialized acupressure treatments that handle sugar and food cravings.
I always stress REPLACEMENTS instead of having you feel deprived because you can’t eat a favorite food. I have effective replacements for a fantastic number of foods!
Food Allergies
One of the primary reasons many of my patients have been unable to heal is that their immune systems aren’t up to repairing their bodies. This is very common and almost always relates to their gut (small intestine). Your small intestine provides 100% of the replacement parts your immune system uses to repair your body and about 75% of the immune system itself.
You can see that a significant problem with your gut will translate into a major problem with your ability to heal and stay healthy.
One of the most common reasons why a person can’t improve the health of their gut is food allergies. The gut damage causes the allergies, then the stress from the allergies prevents the gut from healing. It’s a nasty catch-22.
Among the first actions of an Evectics program are methods of reducing stress on the gut from allergies. Healing the gut is so crucial to success that I use multiple techniques to reduce gut stress from sensitivities:
- Acupressure Desensitization. I use a technique called Systems Desensitization Technique (“SDT”) to permanently eliminate the sensitivities of basic foods. Basics are the common denominator foods that all other foods are made from, such as protein, vitamins, minerals and salts. Once the basics are desensitized, there is less gut stress and often a reduced probability for more sensitivities to occur.
- Many patients with gut stress have a type of food sensitivity caused by antibodies to common foods.
If you have some food allergies from antibodies, you may be unaware of this because the allergic reactions are delayed by three days. We discover these allergies with a blood lab. Then we can help you to find replacements and substitutes so you can stop eating these allergic foods for about three months.
The antibodies will drop close to zero during this time if you aren’t exposing yourself to the foods. Then the foods can be added back in, often without triggering the allergy again. It’s an allergy elimination method, not just avoiding the allergic foods for the rest of your life.
The Takeaway
Changing your diet is very unlikely to solve any health problem you may have. However, making specific diet changes for logical reasons can assist and speed up your healing on an Evectics program.
