Smoothie Recipes
Chai Smoothie
If you like chai tea, you’ll love this smoothie. If you like you chai tea spicy, double up on the spices.
- 1 cup coconut milk or water
- 2 scoops SP Complete
- one handful of spinach
- 1 serving sugar free, high quality protein powder
- 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- A few drops of stevia
- 6 ice cubes
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.
Papaya Orange Smoothie
- 1 cup coconut milk or water
- 2 scoops SP Complete
- one handful of spinach
- 1 serving sugar free, high quality protein powder
- 1/2 an orange, peeled
- 1 cup papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped into chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 6 ice cubes
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.
