Chai Smoothie

If you like chai tea, you’ll love this smoothie. If you like you chai tea spicy, double up on the spices.

  • 1 cup coconut milk or water
  • 2 scoops SP Complete
  • one handful of spinach
  • 1 serving sugar free, high quality protein powder
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • A few drops of stevia
  • 6 ice cubes

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.

Papaya Orange Smoothie

  • 1 cup coconut milk or water
  • 2 scoops SP Complete
  • one handful of spinach
  • 1 serving sugar free, high quality protein powder
  • 1/2 an orange, peeled
  • 1 cup papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped into chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 6 ice cubes

Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.
